Purpose of Report: To present a financial investment strategy targeting key stalled sites and the Local Plan Call for Sites quick wins for investment to improve viability to allow development to proceed.
Members
are asked to consider and approve the Investment Plan.
This report has been slipped to the June meeting to allow further
investigatory work to be undertaken by Officers.
This report has now been slipped to the July meeting as the outcome of grant and funding decisions are awaited.
This report has been withdrawn from the plan as it has now been amalgamated with the report titled “Infrastructure Investment Plan – EIF Business Case” also listed for consideration on 16 July.
