Choice Based Lettings Common Allocations Policy
Purpose of Report: The Cabinet Member is asked to review and update North Yorkshire Choice Based Lettings Common Allocations Policy in light of national legislative changes and 12 month review. The Cabinet Member is requested to agree final changes to the allocations policy. This item has slipped to an April Decision due to it linking in with other Local Authority Executive timetables. This item has now been slipped to a May decision to allow time for more consultation. This report has been slipped to June to enable further discussion on the impact to take place.
The reason this report has been slipped to July is to allow the Cabinet Member to consider this item in a public Health, Housing & Adult Social Services Decision Session due to take place on 18July 2013.
