The future of the Derwent Schools Federation and Osbaldwick Primary School
Purpose of Report: To
receive feedback from the recent consultation regarding proposals
to close the Derwent Schools Federation
and to enlarge Osbaldwick Primary
School by using the sites of both schools.
The Cabinet Member will be asked to consider the
proposal and responses received during the consultation process and
to decide whether to proceed to publish a statutory notice of
closure, followed by a further 6 week representation
period.
