Purpose of Report: to present
the projected outturn position of the 2012/13 Capital Programme and
updated budget position for 2013/14 - 2016/17 following the monitor
amendments.
Members are asked to: note the monitoring position and the funding
of the capital programme and recommend to Council the requests for
slippage and adjustments where appropriate.
