Annual Social Services Complaints Report 2011/12
Purpose
of Report: The report will provide information about the number,
type and outcome of complaints received into the department under
the Social Care Complaints Procedure, as well as informing on
enquires from MPs and the Local Government Ombudsman and on
compliments and commendations received in the social care services.
Identifying lessons learnt from the complaints received. The report
is for information and will not contain recommendations or
actions.
The Cabinet Member is asked to note the content of the
report.
