Purpose of Report: A decision is required on the new governance arrangements for the project as well as a decision on the lease and interim management arrangements at Waterworld/Huntington Stadium. The report will also contain an update on the business plan and procurement process for the Design, Build and Operate tender.
Cabinet Members will be asked to approve the governance arrangements proposed and note the progress in other areas.
