Proposed changes to the City of York Council (Housing) Tenancy Agreements (Secure, Introductory) and license agreements (general needs stock)
Purpose
of Report: To seek Cabinet Member approval for proposed changes to
the said documents as required by changes in legislation, as well
as other desirable changes.
The Cabinet Member is asked to endorse the proposed changes based
so that new tenancy agreements can be issued to tenants.
This report has been withdrawn from the Forward Plan for the time being as officers are currently unable to meet timescales due to resource issues.
