Sales of Age Restricted Products
Information on the
work undertaken by the council's Trading Standards team to prevent
the illegal sales of age restricted products.
Purpose of report is to seek Member approval for the plan of action
in relation to the enforcement of age restricted products including
tobacco and spray paint in accordance with the council's legal
obligations.
Members are asked to approve the annual plan of action.
This decision will now be made during November instead of October as the report needs re-writing due to a change in government guidance.
