Purpose of Report: To present the projected
outturn position of the 2012/13 Capital Programme and updated
budget position for 2013/14 - 2016/17 following the monitor
amendments.
Members are asked to note the monitoring position and the funding
of the capital programme and recommend to Council the requests for
slippage and adjustments where appropriate.
