Purpose of the Report: To inform the Cabinet Member of the outcome of formal enforcement action taken in accordance with the enforcement policy for environmental health, trading standards and licensing services in the period 1st October to 31st December 2011.
The Cabinet Member is asked to review prosecution work and approve the continuation of the current policy on legal actions.
