Controlling the Concentration of Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document Consultation Outcomes
Purpose of the report: To inform Members of the outcomes of the recent public consultation on the options set out in the draft Supplementary Planning Document and seek approval from Members for the revised Supplementary Planning Document on controlling the concentration of Houses in Multiple Occupancy to be adopted as planning policy guidance.
Members are asked to: note the consultation outcomes and adopt the revised Supplementary Planning Document to be used in determining HMO planning applications after the Article 4 Direction comes into force on 20 April 2012.
