Purpose of the report: The report considers the introduction of pedestrian crossing measures on Osbaldwick Lane to fulfil planning conditions in relation to the Derwenthorpe development. It considers a number of options to provide suitable crossing arrangements and reports the outcome of recent consultation on these proposals.
The Cabinet Member is asked to decide which option should be implemented.
