Purpose of report: This report will respond to a request from Fishergate ward members and a petition submitted to Full Council on 15 July 2010 calling on the Council to introduce a 20 mph speed limit outside both Fishergate and St George's Schools.

The Executive Member will be asked: Consider whether to implement the requested 20 mph speed limit at the current time.
