Local Sustainable Transport Fund - York's bid
Purpose of report: If
the bid is agreed this will very likely be successful in York being
awarded a significant sustainable transport investment for the next
four years. Officers are aiming to get this bid into DfT by the end
of March/beginning of April 2011 at the latest. The announcement
for funding being awarded will be in June 2011 by DfT.
The Executive Member is asked to: Agree and endorse York's bid to
DfT for the Governments Local Sustainable Transport Fund.
