Access York Phase 1 - Update Report
Purpose of report: The
report will provide an update on the Expression of Interest and the
Bid process for the scheme. It will also consider the financial
implications arising from this. Agreeing with officer
recommendations will allow the scheme to continue to have the
opportunity of substantial government funding. The funding decision
will be known by late 2011 and if successful the approved works
could be complete and operational by summer 2014.
The Executive Member is asked to: Approve to continue with the Bid process and to set
up a suitable budget for this purpose in the remainder of 2011/12.
It will also provide an estimate of costs for 2011/12.
