Purpose of report: To advise members on York's housing priorities and ambitions covering the period 2010 - 2013.

Three housing strategy reports have been combined into one as, although they are individual strategies, they are linked and support the delivery of common outcomes.

Members are asked to: Approve the strategic priorities and action plans.
