Purpose of report: To inform the Executive Member of the outcome of
formal enforcement action taken in accordance with the enforcement
policy for environmental health, trading standards and licensing
services in the period 1st July – 30th September 2010.
Members are asked to: Review prosecution work and approve the
continuation of the current policy on legal actions.
