Purpose of report: The
report is in response to the receipt of requests made by residents
living in the vicinity to restrict public use of the snicket in
order to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour associated
with it. Should the proposals be approved, gates will be procured
and installed as soon as possible.
Members are asked to: Restrict public rights over this section of
the snicket and allow the making of a Gating Order.
