Operation of the City of York CCTV System

Purpose of report: Report to update members on the development of the City of York CCTV system. The report will seek approval to adopt a revised Code of Practice for the operation of the system, seek approval for a formal protocol for funding the provision and maintenance of new cameras, and establish the principal of Network management as the Systems Technical Authority.
