Purpose of report: To
present the projected outturn position of 2010/11 Capital Programme
and updated budget position for 2011/12 - 2014/15 following the
monitor amendments.
Members are asked to: Note the monitoring position and the funding
of the capital programme and recommend to Council the requests for
slippage and adjustments where appropriate.
