Purpose of report: To
present the outturn position of the 2009/10 Capital Programme and
updated budget position for 2010/11 -2014/15 following the outturn
amendments.
Members are asked to: Note the outturn and the funding of the
capital programme and recommend to Council the requests for
slippage and adjustments where appropriate.
