National Service Plans for Environmental Health and Trading Standards
Purpose of report: To discharge the council's responsibilities for
producing statutory service plans for food law enforcement, health
and safety law enforcement and animal health and welfare law
enforcement (as required by the Food Standards Agency, Health and
Safety Executive and the Department for the Environment, Food and
Rural Affairs respectively).
Members are asked to: Approve the service plans.
