Restructuring Children's Social Care Services
Purpose of report: As part of the More for York programme, there
are important proposed changes to the structure of children's
social care services in York. This incorporates changes to how the
"front door" of the service operates as well as a restructure of
the longer term teams. This paper seeks Executive Member's approval
of those organisational structure changes.
Members are asked to: Approve the organisational structure
changes.
