York Youth Community Action Pilot Grant Fund - Round One
Purpose of report: The purpose of the report is to provide a
summary of the Youth Community Action Pilot Grant Fund with the aim
of gaining members approval on grants to be awarded to
organisations in Round One of this fund. Due to the timescale of
Round One, the recommendations on who will be awarded a grant will
not be available in the report, but will be tabled on the day of
the meeting. If the grants are approved, payments will be made to
organisations as soon as possible, in order for young
people’s volunteering activities to take place during the
Summer Term 2010 onwards.
Members are asked to: To approve the recommendations made by the
Youth Community Action Pilot Grant Fund’s decision panel as
to which organisations should receive funding in Round One.
