20 mph Speed Limit Petitions
Purpose of report: A
number of petitions have been received requesting the introduction
of 20mph speed limits (without traffic calming). The report
provides a response to those requests in relation to how they have
been prioritised against all the requests and petitions that have
been received. The report also provides an update on progress made
towards the prioritisation of all the various requests and
petitions for 20mph on residential streets across the city.
Members are asked to: Members will be asked to note the progress on
prioritisation and approve the recommendations in relation to the
petition requests.
