Purpose of report: To advise the Executive Member of progress with
key schemes in the capital programme for services for Children and
Young People, and to seek approval for specific schemes to go
forward funded by DCSF Targeted capital grant 2010/11.
Members are asked to Note progress on key capital schemes and to
approve new schemes proposed for 2010/11.
