Purpose of report: This is an interim progress report which sets out what highway adoptions have been completed and the current work programme/site activity. Additionally the report will comment on feedback from other local authorities and arrangements for a developer forum.

Members are asked to: Note the review of progress/current work programme and consider the options for improving service delivery/resources.
