Accommodation Project - New Headquarters Contract Award
Purpose of report: To present the outcomes of the evaluation of the
competitive process for the delivery of the council's new
headquarters building. Seeking members approval to award the
contract to the winning bidder. The winning bidder will then be
notified and a contract will be entered into in the new year to
deliver a new HQ building by the end of 2012.
Members are asked to: To approve the recommendation to award the
contract for the delivery of a new headquarters building to the
winning bidder.
