Public Rights of Way - Investigation into the status of Grange Lane, Rufforth

Purpose of report: Report seeks to determine whether or not to make a Definitive Map Modification Order to add Grane Lane to the Definitive Map and Statement. If it is determined that there is enough evidence to suggests public rights are reasonably alleged to subsist then a DMMO would be made. If no objections are received to the Order the lane would be added to the Definitive Map by end of the March 2010.
