Adoption of Highways on New Estates
Purpose of report: This report is in response
to the request of the Executive Member made at the Executive
Meeting in April 2009 and provides an update on the outstanding
highway adoptions in the city. The report provides a background to
the issues including some of the obstacles to be overcome. It
suggests a number of initiatives and proposals to improve the
service.
Members are asked to: The report presents options and initiatives
for improvement and changes and seeks the Executive Member's
approval.
