Review of the Council's Reserves
Purpose of report: To present to Members a
comprehensive review of both earmarked and general reserves held by
the Council, including the purpose for which they were
established.
This report has been deferred from the Executive Meeting of 6th
October due to considering the strategy of reserves usage more in
line with the budget and More 4 York processes.
Members are asked to: Reconfirm their holding and
purpose.
