Purpose of report: To ask members to endorse the Children and Young People's Plan 2009-12.

Members are asked to: The YorOK Board has led the production on a partnership basis of a new CYPP for York. The Board have now approved and published the plan which will be launched on 1st April. Exec is asked to endorse. EMAP were fully consulted during the proess of production.
