Purpose of report: The
report will present outline proposals for creating a surfaced cycle
path between St Oswald's Road and Landing Lane.
Members are asked to: The report will seek in principle support for
creating a surfaced cycle path across Fulford, Iinks between St
Oswald's Road and Landing Lane, and authority to take it forward
through the necessary legal and approval processes, including the
submission of a planning application.
