Purpose of report:
Report will advise Members of the receipt of a petition requesting
action to improve road safety, especially for school children, at
the Stockton Lane/Hempland Lane/Woodlands Grove junction. The
report will set out Officers thoughts on the issues raised by the
petition, and will recommend a way forward.
