Outcome of Older Peoples Inspection
Purpose of report: Quality of Service to customers
will be improved. Safeguarding of vulnerable adults will be
improved. These will be negotiated with CSCI. From Oct 08 in phases
in accordance with the timescale agreed with CSCI.
Members are asked to: Accept the inspection report, approve the
production of an Improvement plan for Safe guarding vulnerable
adults and for the provision of preventative and personalised
services for older people.
