Walmgate Bar - Pedestrian Crossing Scheme
Purpose of report: Report will outline the
outcome of consultation on proposals to provide a signal controlled
crossing facility on Walmgate close to Walmgate Bar. The report
will seek approval of a scheme for implementation. The report will
set out a proposed timetable for taking things forward, with a view
to implementing a scheme using the funding allocated within the
08/09 Capital Programme.
Members are asked to: Consider the scheme proposals, the outcome of
consultation, and Officer recommendations on the implementation of
the scheme.
