Portfolio Management Changes
Purpose of report: The portfolios for the
Heads of Service would be changed to focus more effectively on
priorities for Adult Social Care. Implementation to take place
immediately following the meeting. The resulting effects would be
seen through the service plan outcomes.
Members are asked to: Approve the changes to the portfolios of the
Departmental Management Team as they relate to Adult Social
Services.
