Outcome of Older Peoples Inspection
Purpose of
report: Quality of service to customers will be improved.
Safeguarding of Vulnerable adults will be improved. These will be
negotiated with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
Results will be seen from October 2008 in phases in accordance with
the timescale agreed with CSCI.
Members are asked to: Accept the Inspection Report. Approve the
production of an improvement plan for Safeguarding Vulnerable
Adults and for the provision of preventative and personalised
services for older people.
