Consultation process

The legal documentation will be exchanged within three months, however, completion will not occur until the developer has located a tenant to operate the restaurant. The developer will provide a new access from The Esplanade to the Museum Gardens, new water and disposal facilities for the boaters and the public will have the right to use a disabled persons toilet in the new restaurant. The capital receipt will be ring-fenced for a future project in the Museum Gardens.
