Review of concessionary fare token scheme
Purpose of report:In response to petition for
the return of the concessionary token to £40. To review the
background of the change in the token value from £40 to
£20 and to consider the options for the token shceme in
future years taking into consideration who uses the tokens, the
purposes for which they are used and accessibility to transport
users
Members are asked to:Consider whether the token scheme should be
returned to £40
