Review of Behaviour Support Service

Purpose of report: The report puts forward proposals for the restructuring of the Behaviour Support Service, including the merger of the Pupil Support Centre and the Bridge Centre as one school under one headteacher. Staff within the BSS will be affected by the proposals which will deliver a more co-ordinated service with improved deployment of resources.

Members are asked to: approve the restructuring of the BSS with regard to the common factor of one headteacher on a single school on the Danesgate site and to approve the flexibility within all three possible models.
