To consult members on the revised Customer
Strategy and advise them of the proposed timeline for consultation
with customers and final approval. The strategy will set the
framework for the physical, organisational and business process
design for identifying and responding to customers needs and
delivering high quality customer-focussed service across all
Council services in the new Customer Centre at Hungate.
