implications to the Council of the introduction of the new powers
under "The Housing (Empty Dwelling Managemetn Orders) (Prescribed
Exceptions and REquirements) (England) Order 2006'. This will
affect owners of empty properties. Timescale to be agreed.
Members are asked to: Consider the implications for bringing empty
properties back into use.
