Purpose of report: The service plans will set out operational improvement actions and key measures for each area. Agreeing the plans will deliver an important part of the performance management framework for Neighbourhood services.

Members are asked to agree a set of service plans to cover the activities of Neighbourhood Services directorate during the period April 2008 - March 2011.
