Chief Executive's 2008/09 Service Plans

Purpose of report: This report presents the 2008/09 Service Plans for the Chief Executive's Directorate, relating to Policy & Improvement, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Civic, Democratic & Legal Services (incl. Scrutiny). Monitoring of the measures and actions will be undertaken throughout the year and the results presented to EMAP's in September and December, with an annual out-turn report in June.

Members are asked to note and comment on the content of the plans and to consider how these might influence any budget considerations outlined in the Directorate's 2008/09 revenue budget report.
