Purpose of report: This report reports on the activity undertaken in the previous 12 month environmental campaign programme. It also proposes a forward environmental campaign programme to run until March 2009.

If Members agree the proposal then the effects would be seen throughout the period to March 2009 as we raise the profile of a number of environmental issues.
