Waste PFI update
Purpose of report:Update on the status of the
pfi project, including approval of an inter-authority agreement
with North Yorkshire County Council for the procurement to consider
waste sites for inclusions in the local development framework for
City of York Council. Members are asked to:Approve the way forward
and delegate approval for the inter-authority agreement to be
signed by the Head of legal Services and Director of City Strategy
within the framework set out in the report.
