That the Executive Member for City Strategy be advised to

(i)                 Include this area on the residents parking request list and begin investigations and consultation once it reaches the top of the list.

(ii)               Inform the lead petitioner of the outcome of this report.

RESOLVED:             That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
