Advice of the Advisory Panel

That the Executive Member be advised to:

·              Note and comment on the ‘Towards an Excellent Service’ model(TAES) self-assessment, the

Regional Cultural Commentary and the areas for improvement planning set out in the report and annexes.

Decision of the Executive Member

RESOLVED:             That the Advice of the advisory panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:                  So that a rigorous programme of service improvement can be taken forward.
