To complete the sale to John Skelton, for a
refurbishment of the property, in accordance with the report to
Executive , approved, on 10th October 2006.
The property was declared surplus to operational needs, and, as
upgrading works are needed, a sale was approved, for development of
the property and to apply the proceeds of sale to fund the capital
programme.
